As the musical directors at the Cambria Baptist Church, we see our role as three fold.  The first is to support the current worship services and ministries of the church with the efforts of the music department and with our personal effort, time, and prayer.  Second, to create opportunities for musicians to serve the Lord by reaching others for Christ through their music ministry and by their witness and testimony.  Third, cultivating current musicians, seeking out new musicians, rejuvenating musicians, and welcoming all musicians and sacred genres with encouragement, providing resources, instruction, and prayer to help them continue their faithfulness in their musical ministry.
